They produced mobile and online content for clients like 3, O2, eircom, Ogilvy, Adidas and many others. Ger is Market Segment Manager for Retail and Digital Signage Markets, he is responsible for Intel's marketing & business development strategy in EMEA for these segments. Previously he worked as market segment manager with in the Energy Market with responsibility for Intel's Strategy and Market direction within the 'Smart Grid' and other related energy sub segments. Ger works out of Intel Shannon and is part of Intel's Intelligent Systems Group (ISG) division. Before joining ISG, he worked in the Improvement Engineering Department of Intel Irelands Fab Organsiation in Leixlip, Co Kildare. He has 16 yrs work experience in the semiconductor industry working primarily in Lithography process engineering. He has a PhD in applied physics from Dublin City University and an Experimental Physics degree from University College Dublin.

Stephen has a long track record working in the digital content and technology space. He is active in supporting digital startups and has development of a host of successful digital training and education initiatives focused on the unemployed and young people. He was appointed Director of Marketing and Strategy of the Digital Hub Development Agency in December 2003. Before that worked he with a succession of very successful Irish technology companies such as: Iona Technologies and Aldiscon. He is a: special advisor to the Department of Communications Energy and Natural Resources, member of the IBEC TIF and R&D groups, chairs the Digital Hub CEO forum and established 'CreativeD' a creative industries network in Dublin. Ronan Higgins is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in product, programme and marketing management in digital media. He has worked with startup technology companies since 1998 in Los Angeles, where he was head of marketing for the first IPO onto NASDAQ of an online betting operation, Youbet.com. In 2001 he founded his own company, Cafe.com, which was sold to a publicly-traded competitor in 2005. Since returning to Dublin in 2006 he has started several companies including Funda.ie, best known for the Shamrock Island viral video; Locle, a pioneering location sharing mobile app; and Appsie, the mobile app development house behind iPhone apps such as "Bus Time Dublin", the Appy award-winning "Aptamil Child Immunisation Tracker" and, he is ashamed to say, "A Very Jedward Christmas". Ronan is currently working on two new ideas, the first will help teenagers with Facebook Addiction Disorder to get into college and the second could save broadcast television from itself.
